明前大白白毫银针 Ming Qian Silver Needle (March 15, 2024 harvest)
Handcrafted and traditionally sun-dried by the 3rd generation Zhong Family, Yin Zhen Silver Needle white tea is made from the first buds before any leaf development. Covered in silver trichomes, this tea has a naturally sweet flavor. With a beautiful slender shape and hints of fluorescent green, it has a pungent aroma that will entice you to sit down for a long session. Though delicate, the leaves provide immense taste after 5-10 brewings. To bring out its elusive tannins, we recommend starting at lower temperatures and gradually increasing both time and heat.
