Nian Zheng Yan Rou Gui
年正岩肉桂 "Year Certified True Cliff Cinnamon"
Rou Gui is considered the prince of Wu Yi Yancha with its explosive taste filled with mouth-watering nuances that leave you in complete awe. The aroma of this Rou Gui is clearly and unmistakenly cinnamon, as the name suggests. Sweeter than Western cinnamon, with less heat, and closer to nutmeg with a soothing earthiness. Quite intriguing and one of the best examples of this namesake with the representative aroma of cassia. Half hand made with a masterful high-roasting level elevating all the natural essence of this magnificent cultivar. A true benchmark tea that will raise the bar for any Rou Gui and harvested from the Mituoyan Rock region in Wu Yi Shan. You can consider this to be the classic style dark roast production.
