正岩老丛水金龟 "Golden Turtle"
Historically, the naming rules for Wuyi rock tea generally include naming based on leaf and tree shapes and the place of origin. The name "water turtle" comes from the shape and color of its leaves. "Turtle" relates to its leaf veins, which have unusual patterns resembling a turtle shell. The plants are mesophytic and grow well along a creek with a constant water supply. One of the four important tea bushes closely resembles Tie Luo Han "Iron Monk," but stands out for its bold fruit flavor and complex layers of taste. Its uniqueness leaves a strong impression.
