Join us for a rare vertical tasting through Wu Guang Yan's Tie Guan Yin oolongs, three styles from one award-winning master farmer in Anxi, Fujian. We'll move from the bright, orchid-forward Qing Xiang Xing to the deep caramel and toasted-rice richness of Zhen Nong Xiang, then close with the exceptionally rare Ye Hao He 8888, a wild-foraged, single-harvest oolong limited to just 40 cans a year. Each cup traces a different path from the same leaf: how oxidation, roast, and terroir reshape one cultivar into three distinct expressions. Taste the full range of what Tie Guan Yin can be, straight from the source that's held the Anxi Tea King title for three years running.
The tasting will be limited to two sessions, and the first session will be reserved for first-time tea-tasting guests (1st-Timer Only). We kindly ask that these spots be left open so newcomers have a chance to learn about tea.
