正山小种
Lapsang Zheng Shan is a tea with a very long history. Zheng Shan black tea represents some of the highest quality black teas in the world and are known for their deep taste with notes of fruity, flowers, and even pine smoke. The smokey version has long been favored by Westerners and if made correctly, all the layers of sweetness, floral, fruit, and smoke are skillfully arranged and none are overpowering but emerge in successive brewings of the same leaves.
