崇安貢茶 "Chong An Gong Cha"
Bu Lao Dan, known as the "Elixir of Immortality," was exclusively reserved for the Emperor. Today, it is the rarest type of tree in Wuyishan, producing less than 5 kg annually from a cluster of trees well over 120 years old. These trees are so valuable that their location or proximity cannot be disclosed. Only two packets of this precious tea are beautifully packaged in a multi-chamber box, adorned in yellow with dragons in the backdrop, the symbols of the Emperor.
The Chong An series showcases the teas and traditions of Wuyishan's rich heritage, featuring tea cultivars that have long been forgotten and overshadowed by current market trends. This series is crafted from some of the oldest trees in the Zheng Yan region and is entirely handmade under the strict supervision of Master Qitong. We are fortunate to introduce these authentic ultra-quality teas to America, making them available to the public. In China, such teas are typically reserved for private collections and shared only through long-established connections. Master Qitong believes all tea should be shared with those eager to learn and appreciate the beauty of authentic Wuyishan teas.
This year, 2025, we commemorate our eighth year working with the studio of the legendary Tea Master Ye Qitong and have been appointed the first exclusive international ambassador of his extraordinary brand. It is a great honor to be recognized as a Tea company whose love of tea, research, and education aligns with Master Ye's vision.
