A traditionally joined tea canister with an outer and inner lid, lined with tin/silver to preserve the taste and longevity of tea. The seams are fitted so the lids close precisely and open smoothly, loosening slightly with each use. The body is hammered by hand, leaving a textured surface that varies from canister to canister. No two pieces are the same, and colors vary slightly and will continue to deepen with regular use.
