Jasmine Heirloom White Tea 茉莉白毫银针2023
Jasmine Flowers were picked on March 6, 2023, and White tea on March 13, 2023. Jasmine was layered on the fully dried tea and removed by hand four times to achieve optimum infusion resulting in a deep floral aroma and taste. The intensity is balanced by the elegant taste of the White Tea base with its natural sweetness. We recommend brewing at lower temperatures initially and gradually increasing in further steepings. This tea keeps its structure without vegetal, bubble gum nuances, or faults with only pure Jasmine flower, even at high water temperatures.
