Zi Xin Zi Jing Sheng Bing 2014
Processed in the Fall of 2014 and picked from 300-400 year old tea trees. The cakes have been processed and aged in Jing Mai. These are traditional stone pressed cakes and weigh 400g each (despite the 357克 marking on the label) and can be easily broken apart by hand without a pick. This yields beautiful, unbroken leaves and is the process used to create all our sample packs for this tea. We will be offering the sample packs for a limited time so grab them while you can!
