2. Osmanthus Green Tea
This incredibly aromatic tea is made using traditional methods with Osmanthus flowers layered on top of the finished tea to infuse the aroma then removed by hand over several steps. Osmanthus flower bushes have the potency to fill an entire area where they grow and the scent travels far downwind. The combination of the floral taste and aroma with the citrus qualities of this Qing Xin hybrid is a delicate yet refined mix.

3. Okumidori Tamaryokucha
Tamaryokucha is a style of Japanese green tea that is almost identical to sencha; however, instead of rolling or shaping the leaves into long, thin needles, the leaves are left with a curly appearance. It is also slightly baked, cutting some of the astringency of normal sencha and enhancing the flavor and aroma.

4. Organic Sejak Green Tea 세작 May 2021 Harvest
Grown in the Jiri mountains in a bamboo grove and processed by an organic certified farm (JAS, USDA, EU) that has been naturally cultivating traditional Korean organic teas for decades. Sejak is the third grade of tea picked during the first week of May using one bud and two leaves. The leaves are more mature and create a very full tasting tea. Mature leaves then to have more tannins that create bitterness. This is offset by roasting in slightly higher temperatures and gives it a powerful aroma and delicious baked taste. Sejak is the highest consumed grade of green tea in Korea and is wonderful with any meal!
