Twice a year, we purchase seasonal teas during both spring and fall. Our spring collection showcases the beauty of a verdant mountain forest and includes the current year's green, white, and low-oxidation oolongs. In the fall, we turn to aged, darker oolongs and Puerh to provide warmth to both the body and soul. Aging is required for many of these teas to unleash their full potential, so we're not limited by the current year's vintage. We source single lots of several rare selections, or they through private reserves of tea masters, and once consumed, gone forever.
