After the liberalization of the tea plantation laws in Darjeeling, this farmer established his tea farm in 1998. From the beginning, no chemicals have ever been used on the estate and a focus on handcrafted, small batch tea processing. Leaves are left completely intact so there is less tannin when brewing. Full flavored, elegant and deep minerality. Grown at 5500m above sea level.
