Spring teas!
The short time between spring and summer brings about the new first flush Darjeelings from India and the shincha green tea from Japan. This year we are focusing on Darjeeling. First flushes are regarded as the "champagne of tea." They are aromatic, floral, with a slight bitter aftertaste. We are lucky to be receiving some amazing samples from 5-6 different estates. We hope to be able to choose the very best for you! More details to come next week.
