Come and learn from Tea Dealers' owner, Stefen Ramirez, how to make the perfect bowl of matcha!
You are invited to learn about matcha and its traditional use during the tea ceremony with a hands on demonstration on how to make thick and thin tea. He will introduce some of the utensils used, production of matcha, and how matcha is labeled and categorized in the market. There will also be a short segment on the health and beauty benefits and the many practical everyday uses outside of the tea room.
Ticket includes printed materials with recipes, chasen bamboo whisk, bamboo scoop, and your own can of premium matcha for use at the workshop and to take home after. Please click on the image below for the link. Small intimate setting with limited seating per session.
